Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Delivery times for expedited shipping will be specified during checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the case of returns.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Freshman Flow is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

International Shipping
