Returns

  • You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • Without any damage

    • No changes in color, size, or finishing

    • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return an Item

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
